The Role

As part of the team, you’ll be the go-to person for diary management, meeting coordination, client communications, and a wide range of administrative tasks. You’ll support both day-to-day operations and special projects, ensuring the team runs efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements for the team
  • Act as first point of contact for client queries and correspondence
  • Draft, format, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain and update internal systems, databases, and filing processes
  • Support billing, finance, and project administration where required
  • Assist with business development or marketing initiatives
  • Take minutes at meetings and provide support during holidays or absences
  • Maintain a professional, client-focused service at all times

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as a PA/EA or Senior Administrator ideally within professional services (legal, accountancy, or similar)
  • Strong diary management and typing skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Strong communication skills and confident dealing with colleagues and clients at all levels
  • Proactive, flexible, and self-motivated approach to work
  • Professional presentation and attention to detail
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with internal systems and databases is a plus
