Iconic Resourcing are delighted to be partnering with Comsura, a growing and highly regarded compliance consultancy supporting hedge funds and private equity firms across the UK. As part of their continued growth, Comsura are now expanding into Glasgow, with plans to build a strong compliance hub in the city. As part of this, Comsura are looking for a Client Relations Associate to join their growing team. This role is for someone who is experienced at dealing with a number of different relationships and is highly organised and efficient. You must be able to take the initiative and be proactive as we work in a fast-paced environment. As the Client Relations Associate you will work with other members of the team and help ensure our clients manage their compliance responsibilities. You will be a key contact point for the clients you work with and must be able to communicate appropriately with them.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting client onboarding and helping prepare proposals for new business
- Managing workflows across a portfolio of clients
- Acting as a first point of contact, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Attending client meetings and following up on actions
- Supporting regulatory processes, including FCA applications and notifications
- Maintaining regulatory calendars and communicating key deadlines to clients
- Drafting procedures, checklists, and compliance documentation
- Assisting with the implementation and ongoing use of compliance systems
- Keeping up to date with regulatory updates and supporting client communications
- Contributing to the company’s online presence, including LinkedIn and website content
About you

- Proficient in Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Planner
- Project management
- Previously worked in asset management or banking firm
- Client relationship management
- Compiling and reviewing reports including to senior management/boards
