Are you passionate about driving positive change in the world around you? This is a great opportunity to join a well-respected professional services firm as they continue their journey towards Net Zero and embed responsible business practices across the organisation.

Working closely with senior leaders and the wider business assurance team, you’ll support environmental and sustainability initiatives across key frameworks such as SECR, ESOS and Carbon Reduction, while playing a key part in reporting, engagement and continuous improvement.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Preparing reports and updates on sustainability metrics, progress and initiatives
  • Coordinating and supporting the colleague sustainability committee
  • Organising committee meetings, including agendas, minutes and action tracking
  • Championing the firm’s Environmental Management System and maintaining certifications
  • Delivering internal engagement activities including training, workshops and communications
  • Managing data relating to environmental performance and regulatory compliance
  • Supporting the development and enhancement of sustainability policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to advance environmental goals
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in an environmental management or sustainability-focused role
  • Strong project coordination and administrative skills
  • Confident with data analysis to identify trends and track progress
  • A good understanding of environmental regulations and responsible business practices
  • Experience working within a professional services environment would be a bonus, but not essential
