We\’re on the hunt for an organised, people-loving HR Assistant to join our client\’s busy HR team. If you\’re the kind of person who can keep the plates spinning, answer questions with a smile, and spot a typo from ten miles away, this could be your next move.
What you\’ll be doing
Be the first friendly face (or voice) for all things HR – from \”How do I book annual leave?\” to \”When will my contract arrive?\”
Support the full employee lifecycle – from recruitment and onboarding to contract changes and farewells.
Keep the HR system in top shape, making sure data is accurate and up to date.
Help managers navigate sickness absence, holidays, and other day-to-day HR queries.
About you
You\’re organised, detail-driven, and great at juggling multiple priorities.
You have top-notch admin skills and are confident with Microsoft Office.
You\’re comfortable dealing with confidential information and can handle sensitive situations with care.
