This opportunity offers the chance to work on high-profile construction and engineering projects, from major regeneration schemes and commercial developments to cutting-edge energy infrastructure including wind, hydro, battery storage and more.
You’ll advise on construction contracts, development agreements, bonds, guarantees, and professional appointments for a prestigious and diverse client base.
What You'll Be Doing
Advising developers, funders, public sector bodies and contractors on major non-contentious construction matters
Drafting and negotiating a variety of construction-related contracts and documentation
Working closely with colleagues across the firm on multidisciplinary projects
Contributing to business development efforts and client relationship management
Taking on a visible role in mentoring and knowledge-sharing within the team
What You’ll Bring
At least 2 years' PQE in non-contentious construction law
