The Role

You will gain hands-on experience across core accounting and compliance work while being supported by experienced colleagues. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, organised, and eager to develop their technical knowledge in practice.

You will be involved in:

  • Supporting the preparation of statutory accounts and maintaining accurate client records
  • Assisting with tax and VAT return preparation by gathering and reviewing client information
  • Working on basic compliance tasks and financial computations under senior review
  • Communicating with HMRC and developing a practical understanding of regulatory processes
  • Managing your own workload and chargeable time effectively
  • Supporting the wider team with administrative and ad-hoc tasks as required
