Are you a strategic marketer with strong digital expertise and a passion for elevating brand presence? We’re supporting a well-established & iconic Scottish business in its search for a Digital & Marketing Manager to oversee the development and delivery of its marketing and digital strategy.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of all marketing activity across multiple customer touchpoints- ensuring campaigns, content, and digital channels are aligned, engaging and commercially impactful. You’ll lead a small team, work closely with senior stakeholders, and play a key role in driving brand consistency and business growth.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Developing and delivering an integrated marketing strategy aligned to business goals
• Leading digital performance across website, SEO, CRM, paid media, social and email activity
• Overseeing brand management and ensuring cohesive visual and verbal identity
• Managing and mentoring a small marketing team
• Using data and analytics to measure performance and guide decision-making
• Driving continuous improvement across all customer-facing channels and campaigns

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in a similar digital/marketing management role
• Strong grasp of digital channels, analytics and brand development
• Creative mindset with the ability to bring ideas to life across multiple mediums
• Confident stakeholder manager with excellent project leadership skills
• A proactive, commercially minded marketer who enjoys shaping strategy as much as execution
