What’s the Role?

As Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind multi-channel campaigns, using your expertise in SEO, PPC, and Paid Media to deliver outstanding results. You'll work with a variety of clients, ensuring their digital presence is both creative and commercially effective. Not only will you lead on campaign strategy and execution, but you'll also coach and mentor a Digital Marketing Executive, helping to shape their skills and career development.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Planning, executing, and optimising paid search, social, and display campaigns.
  • Managing budgets and setting KPIs to measure success.
  • Writing engaging content tailored for different digital platforms.
  • Producing detailed performance reports and using insights to refine strategies.
  • Carrying out market and competitor research to stay ahead of trends.
  • Collaborating with designers, developers, and social teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Acting as a key contact for clients, ensuring their digital marketing goals are met.
  • Mentoring a Digital Marketing Executive, providing guidance and upskilling where needed.
