Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting in the setup, maintenance, and testing of reward tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Conducting market data analysis and contributing to salary benchmarking.
- Assisting in the completion of global remuneration surveys and pay gap reporting.
- Supporting key reward projects and driving continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a reward analyst role or an analytical role, ideally within a complex global business.
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver accurate, high-quality work.
- Experience with salary benchmarking and market data analysis is a plus.
