Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the global annual remuneration review, including data gathering, financial modelling, and budgeting.
  • Assisting in the setup, maintenance, and testing of reward tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conducting market data analysis and contributing to salary benchmarking.
  • Assisting in the completion of global remuneration surveys and pay gap reporting.
  • Supporting key reward projects and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a reward analyst role or an analytical role, ideally within a complex global business.
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver accurate, high-quality work.
  • Experience with salary benchmarking and market data analysis is a plus.
