Communications Executive – Temporary
Edinburgh, hybrid

Iconic are currently recruiting for a Communications Executive to join our client who are a leading organisation within the Legal sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a communications specialist with 1-2 years experience to support the Communications team on a temporary basis. In this role, the successful candidate will deliver outstanding client service and engagement while collaborating to uphold the organisation’s reputation and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert communications and engagement to support internal business partners, ensuring high-quality client service.
- Create content across newsletters, magazines, campaigns and press releases, with additional support to the social media team.
- Create, implement, and evaluate integrated communications and engagement plans to support business objectives.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver consistent, high-quality stakeholder engagement across all channels.
- Use data and insights to inform, measure and improve campaigns and activities.
- Monitor channels and handle media inquiries.
Requirements:
- Communications, marketing or PR related qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Skilled in developing and delivering data-driven, integrated communications strategies and campaigns that engage stakeholders, simplify complex information and amplify organisational impact.
- Experienced in analyzing, evaluating and reporting on communications activities while effectively organizing priorities and meeting deadlines across multiple channels.
- A motivated, dynamic communications professional with expertise in media relations, internal communications and storytelling, bringing creativity and innovation to projects.
- A collaborative team player committed to personal growth, upholding organisational values, and confidently engaging with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
