This is an excellent opportunity for someone skilled in reward and benefits who wants to step into a broader, more complex remit with real influence across a global workforce, without needing prior global experience.
The Role
You’ll support the Benefits Manager in designing, delivering and enhancing benefit programmes across multiple regions. It’s a role with plenty of ownership, project variety and stakeholder visibility. Your responsibilities will include:
- Benefits Delivery: Support benefit projects from design through to implementation. Manage vendor relationships, broker interactions and renewal cycles.
- Employee Communications: Create engaging communications and run benefit roadshows to help employees understand and get the most from their options.
- Data & Insight: Track benefit trends, participate in market surveys and provide clear, data‑driven recommendations.
- Business Partnering: Build relationships across the organisation to ensure successful rollout of policies and act as a problem‑solver where issues arise.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Be a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, offering guidance and support to enable informed decision‑making.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience managing or supporting benefit cycles (flex windows, renewals, vendor management).
- Strong organisational and analytical skills with solid Excel capability (v‑lookups, pivot tables).
- Knowledge of employee benefits and DC pension schemes.
- Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, solutions‑focused and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

You’ll be joining a business that genuinely invests in its people, offering:
- Hybrid, flexible working
- Competitive salary and benefits
- Supportive, collaborative culture
