As an Accounting Manager, you’ll play a central role in driving both client success and team development. You’ll be trusted to make decisions, supported by senior leadership when needed, and encouraged to think commercially as you help grow the practice. What you’ll do

  • You’ll manage a varied portfolio of clients, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring a consistently high standard of service.
  • Alongside this, you’ll oversee the work of your team, coordinating workflow, reviewing outputs, and supporting the delivery of deadlines.
  • You’ll work closely with Directors and Partners on technical matters, while proactively identifying opportunities to add value for clients and the wider firm.
  • A key part of the role will be developing and motivating your team, providing coaching, guidance, and clear direction as they progress.
