Part-Time People Advisor Opportunity | Glasgow | Hybrid Working
I’m currently supporting a well-known values-led organisation within the charity sector with the appointment of a People Advisor on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys a varied operational role and genuinely values a people-first culture.
The role will involve:
- Supporting managers with employee relations matters including absence, conduct, wellbeing and performance
- Providing practical and pragmatic HR advice across the employee lifecycle
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding activity
- Working closely with the wider People team on projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Occasional note taking/minute taking within formal meetings
What they’re looking for:
- Previous experience within a generalist HR Advisory role
- Strong ER knowledge and understanding of employment legislation
- Confident stakeholder management skills
- Someone collaborative, compassionate and solutions-focused
- CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
- Glasgow based with hybrid working
- 20–25 hours per week (flexible)
- Equivalent salary circa £28k–£30k DOE (pro rata)
