HR Analytics Lead Permanent | Full Time Stirling | Hybrid Working We’re supporting a well-established organisation in the search for a People Insights Analytics Lead to join its People Systems and Data team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys turning complex people data into clear, meaningful insight that influences business decisions.
You’ll lead the people analytics agenda, own the MI and reporting calendar, and work closely with senior stakeholders to turn data into actionable recommendations.
You’ll also have people leadership responsibility within the People Insights Analytics function, supporting colleagues with priorities, development and quality of delivery.
