Senior CRM Specialist Glasgow/Edinburgh £45,000 - £47,000 I am delighted to support my client in the recruitment of a Senior CRM Specialist who will play a key role in maximising the value of the organisation's CRM capability.

The role will sit at the intersection of technology, data and commercial strategy, acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders while owning the day-to-day management, optimisation and continuous improvement of the CRM platform.

You will help improve data quality, user adoption and commercial effectiveness while supporting the evolution of the wider CRM strategy.

Key Responsibilities Take ownership of the CRM environment, ensuring it remains well managed, effective and aligned with the needs of the business.

Work closely with teams across the organisation to understand challenges and translate them into practical CRM solutions.

Champion data quality and governance, identifying opportunities to improve processes, consistency and the usability of information.

Provide hands-on guidance and support to users, becoming a trusted point of contact for CRM-related queries and requirements.

Help deliver enhancements across the platform, including system improvements, integrations, automation and emerging AI capabilities.

Play an active role in shaping the future CRM roadmap, contributing ideas that improve customer engagement, business development and the overall use of data.

Requirements Experience in professional services or white-collar background is essential.

Experience in a B2B environment is essential.

Solid experience working with CRM technology, ideally where the platform has been central to customer, client or business development activity.

Good technical understanding of CRM systems, including data structures, integrations and how information moves between platforms.

A track record of improving processes, systems or data quality, with a mindset focused on finding better and more efficient ways of working.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work comfortably with both technical and senior business audiences.

Experience supporting users through training or change, alongside a genuine curiosity about how automation and AI can enhance CRM capability.
