What you’ll do
- You’ll manage the day‑to‑day delivery of audit assignments across a portfolio of Financial Services clients, including investment trusts, VCTs, and wealth managers.
- You’ll take ownership of planning, fieldwork, and completion, ensuring audits are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- You’ll coordinate with Managers on timelines and budgets, identify and elevate issues early, and act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the audit process.
- Alongside this, you’ll support and mentor Audit Assistants, helping to develop their skills while strengthening your own leadership capability.
What you’ll need
- CA (or equivalent) qualified, or part‑qualified with relevant experience.
- Experience in audit, ideally within Financial Services or a similar complex environment.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments.
- Experience leading audit fieldwork and reviewing work.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build client relationships.
- Experience supporting or mentoring junior staff.
