What you'll do

  • Take responsibility for leading a sizeable Accounts & Business Advisory team, providing direction, mentorship, and support from trainee through to Director level.
  • Manage a portfolio of entrepreneurial businesses and owner-managed clients, acting as a trusted adviser, helping clients navigate growth, challenges, and strategic decision-making.
  • Drive new business opportunities, strengthen existing client relationships, and identify opportunities to deliver broader advisory services.
  • Work closely with fellow Partners and senior leaders across the business, contributing to firm-wide initiatives while helping shape the future growth of the practice in the region.

What you'll need

  • ACA, ACCA, CA or equivalent qualified.
  • Significant experience within accountancy practice at Director, Partner, or senior leadership level.
  • Strong background across accounts, business advisory, and client relationship management.
  • Proven track record of winning and developing new business opportunities.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Commercially minded with strong strategic thinking capability.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
