What you'll do
- Take responsibility for leading a sizeable Accounts & Business Advisory team, providing direction, mentorship, and support from trainee through to Director level.
- Manage a portfolio of entrepreneurial businesses and owner-managed clients, acting as a trusted adviser, helping clients navigate growth, challenges, and strategic decision-making.
- Drive new business opportunities, strengthen existing client relationships, and identify opportunities to deliver broader advisory services.
- Work closely with fellow Partners and senior leaders across the business, contributing to firm-wide initiatives while helping shape the future growth of the practice in the region.
What you'll need
- ACA, ACCA, CA or equivalent qualified.
- Significant experience within accountancy practice at Director, Partner, or senior leadership level.
- Strong background across accounts, business advisory, and client relationship management.
- Proven track record of winning and developing new business opportunities.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Commercially minded with strong strategic thinking capability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ambition to influence, lead, and contribute to the growth of a successful practice.
