You will lead and deliver marketing, communications and brand strategy across a multi-brand organisation. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, employee engagement and business growth across multiple divisions and markets. The successful candidate will use data-driven insights and compelling storytelling to strengthen market presence and support the continued growth of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a group-wide marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring consistency across all brands, divisions and markets.
  • Lead the planning, creation and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, web and paid advertising channels.
  • Oversee creative direction, brand identity and content development, ensuring a consistent visual style and tone of voice across all communications.
  • Manage SEO, PPC and website performance activities, using data and analytics to optimise user journeys, increase engagement and maximise return on investment.
  • Develop and deliver internal communication strategies that support employee engagement, culture and alignment across the organisation.
  • Coordinate the organisation's presence at industry events and exhibitions.
