Iconic Resourcing are delighted to be supporting an organisation with real social purpose to appoint a Head of HR into a key leadership role. This is not a traditional operational HR leadership role. It is a role with visibility, influence and the opportunity to genuinely shape culture, leadership and organisational direction.
Working closely with the Executive Team and Board, the successful individual will lead the people agenda across a complex and evolving organisation with a strong community focus and a highly collaborative culture. The remit spans organisational development, strategic workforce planning, leadership support, employee relations, change and cultural transformation.
What makes this opportunity particularly exciting is the level of autonomy and influence attached to the role. The organisation is looking for a senior HR leader who can bring both strategic thinking and emotional intelligence, someone credible, commercially aware and confident operating across all levels of the business whilst remaining approachable and pragmatic in style.
This role will suit a senior HR leader who enjoys operating close to decision-making, influencing organisational direction and building a modern, people focused culture within a values led environment. The environment itself is collaborative, flexible and people-focused, with a leadership team that values trust, visibility and impact over hierarchy.
Key requirements include:

- Exposure to organisational change and transformation activity
- Confidence operating at senior leadership level
- Employee relations experience, ideally including exposure to trade unions
