I am delighted to be partnering with a prestigious luxury brand to recruit an experienced HR Administrator for an immediate start. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced HR team supporting a well-known luxury business where professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional communication standards are essential.

Working onsite, you will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle, maintaining HR records, producing management information, and ensuring a seamless HR service is delivered across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing multiple HR inboxes and ensuring queries are responded to efficiently and professionally
  • Producing contracts of employment, offer letters, and associated onboarding documentation
  • Obtaining and processing employment references
  • Processing starters, leavers, and contractual changes, ensuring all information is accurately maintained within the HR system
  • Liaising closely with Payroll to ensure employee changes are communicated and processed correctly
  • Running rota and workforce reports, identifying breaches and escalating where appropriate
  • Producing HR reports and management information, presenting data in a clear, concise manner
