This newly created Head of Digital role offers the opportunity to shape the future of digital across the business. Reporting to the CIO, you will lead and evolve the marketing function, developing a high-performing team and creating the capability needed to deliver McQueens' ambitious growth plans. You'll bring together ecommerce, web, performance marketing, CRM and customer experience, ensuring every digital touchpoint contributes to customer growth, engagement and retention.
