Our client is investing heavily in its recruitment capability and is now looking to appoint a dedicated Talent Acquisition Advisor.
This is not a role for someone who simply manages vacancies through an ATS. The business is looking for somebody who enjoys finding talent, building relationships with hiring managers, improving recruitment processes and making a genuine impact on how hiring is delivered.
With continued growth planned across the organisation, you'll be given the autonomy to take ownership of recruitment activity and help shape a more proactive approach to attracting talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activity across a variety of vacancies.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide recruitment advice.
- Proactively source candidates through direct approaches, networking and market research.
- Manage offers, onboarding activity and candidate experience.
- Support recruitment reporting, talent pipelines and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Internal Recruitment or Recruitment.
- Confident building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfortable sourcing candidates directly and thinking creatively when vacancies become challenging.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Keen to play an active role in improving recruitment processes and reducing agency reliance.
