We’re delighted to be supporting them again as they continue to build out their HR capability and look to appoint a Payroll & Compensation Specialist. A newly created role that will play a key part in shaping and strengthening payroll and reward practices across the Group.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a broad, impactful role where you’ll not only oversee payroll operations but also contribute to the development of a more structured and scalable compensation framework.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing in partnership with an outsourced provider
  • Validate and process commission payments in line with agreed structures
  • Act as a key point of contact for payroll queries, resolving issues accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain payroll data and records in line with data protection requirements
