Job Description Senior Learning & Development Adviser Glasgow/Edinburgh | Hybrid Full Time | Permanent £We’re working with an established professional services business who are looking for an experienced Learning & Development professional to join its team in a highly visible role, working closely with senior stakeholders and partners across the business. Reporting to the Head of Learning & Professional Development, you’ll combine learning design and delivery with a strong interest in technology, helping shape how people learn, develop and work. Leading Microsoft 365 and business applications training, including supporting new system rollouts. Creating learning materials and e-learning content, with Articulate Rise experience a bonus. Supporting trainee development, wider employee programmes and professional accreditation/CPD. Supporting and mentoring a developing member of the L&D team. We’re looking for an experienced L&D professional, ideally from a professional services environment, who can combine strong delivery skills with confidence, curiosity and personality. Excellent Microsoft 365 and applications knowledge.
