You’llbeinvolvedin:
- Hands-onWorkdayconfigurationacrossAbsence&TimeTracking
- Gatheringrequirementsandtranslatingtheseintoeffectivesystemsolutions
- Designing,configuringandtestingsystemchanges
- Managingenhancementsandchangerequests
- Troubleshootingcomplexconfigurationandbusinessprocessissues
- SupportingWorkdayreleasesandassessingtheirimpact
- WorkingcloselywithPeopleandITstakeholders
- Supportingintegrationsanddownstreamsystemimpacts
- UsingEIBs,PECI,reporting,PeopleAnalyticsandWorksheets
- Workingwithanexternalproviderandprovidingspecialistescalationsupport
You’llneed:
- Strong,hands-onWorkdayexperience
- Advanced/expertconfigurationexperienceacrossAbsence&TimeTracking
- Experiencewithinamedium/largeandcomplexorganisation
- StrongunderstandingofPeopleprocessesandhowtheytranslateintoWorkday
- Experienceacrossrequirements,design,configuration,testingandimplementation
- ExperiencewithEIBsandanunderstandingofintegrations
- Strongproblem-solvingskillsandtheabilitytoworkconfidentlywithseniorstakeholders
