I'm currently supporting a growing organisation with the appointment of a HR & Talent Coordinator to join their People team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience across HR administration, recruitment coordination or employee lifecycle support who is looking to develop their career within a busy and supportive environment.
Working closely with the wider HR team, you'll play a key role in supporting recruitment activity, onboarding, employee administration and HR operations across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activity, including advertising vacancies, interview scheduling and candidate communications.
- Manage onboarding, contracts, new starter administration and employee changes.
- Maintain employee records and support the effective use of HR systems and reporting tools.
- Support payroll-related administration and ensure employee information is kept accurate and up to date.
- Provide first-line support to managers and employees on a range of HR processes and queries.
About You
- Previous experience within HR Administration, HR Assistant, HR Coordinator or Recruitment Coordination roles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident using HR systems, databases and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable building relationships with stakeholders.
- Organised, proactive and keen to develop within a growing HR function.
This role would suit someone who enjoys the operational side of HR, takes ownership of their work and wants broad exposure across both recruitment and HR administration.
