Iconic Resourcing is proud to be exclusively partnering with a fast-growing, globally recognised consumer brand to appoint a commercially sharp Finance Business Partner into their Marketing function. This is a rare embedded finance role - sitting inside the Marketing team and reporting directly to the Global VP of Marketing, with a dotted line into the Finance Director. You'll be the financial engine behind every marketing investment decision - owning end-to-end budget management, performance reporting, and commercial insight across a complex, multi-channel, multi-region business. This role is based 4 days on site, 1 from home. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package and the opportunity to be a key part of one of Scotland's fast-growing businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the global Marketing budget, partnering with senior marketers to align spend with strategy and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain ROI tracking frameworks across channels, campaigns and regions, producing clear weekly and monthly reporting for the wider business.
  • Deliver detailed budget vs actuals variance analysis, connecting financial spend to measurable commercial impact.
  • Develop internal reporting capabilities - consolidating complex marketing datasets into a single, decision-ready suite of reports.
  • Lead monthly budget review meetings with marketing budget holders.
