An experienced ER Advisor is urgently required for a well-known Edinburgh organisation during a critical operational period. This opportunity is perfect for an established Employee Relations Advisor, Senior HR Advisor or experienced ER Specialist seeking flexibility, autonomy and meaningful casework. You will join a collaborative People team during a busy summer period.

The organisation is managing complex employee relations matters and requires confident support immediately. The successful ER Advisor will become the key contact for employee relations casework across the business. You must be comfortable managing sensitive issues and advising managers confidently. You will also liaise with external solicitors on ongoing complex employment matters. This role requires someone calm, credible and highly experienced in employment law and ER processes.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing employee relations casework from start to finish
  • Supporting disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence processes
  • Advising managers on flexible working and family leave matters
  • Supporting complex ongoing ER matters
