About You
We’re looking for someone who is organised, reliable and comfortable working at pace, with excellent attention to detail. You’ll ideally have previous experience within an HR administration or HR assistant role and be confident dealing with confidential information and a high volume of administrative tasks. Experience of recruitment administration would be beneficial, but this is not a sourcing-focused recruitment role. The emphasis is on the administration, compliance and coordination that sits behind the recruitment and HR processes. You’ll also need to be comfortable learning new systems, as the business is implementing a new ATS and full training will be provided. There is potential for the role to develop into a permanent opportunity for the right person. If you’re an experienced HR Assistant who can hit the ground running and enjoys being the person who keeps everything organised behind the scenes, we’d love to hear from you.
