A hands-on HRBP role with genuine project and transformation exposure.
We’re working with an operationally focused business to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner to play a key role in shaping and delivering the people agenda, with responsibility for projects spanning policy development, ERP implementation and TUPE, alongside providing pragmatic HR advice and employee relations support across the organisation.
Working closely with the HR Manager, senior leaders and wider stakeholders, you’ll have the autonomy to take ownership of projects while contributing as a collaborative member of the wider HR team.
Your time will be split between strategic HR projects, business partnering and generalist HR, giving you the opportunity to make a tangible impact across the organisation.
Your project portfolio will include:
- Leading and delivering a range of HR projects from scoping and planning through to implementation and evaluation.
- Supporting policy updates and roll-out, ensuring changes are effectively communicated and embedded.
