We’re working with an operationally focused organisation in Renfrewshire to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner to join their established People team. With the business navigating a period of transformation, this is an exciting time to join, offering the opportunity to work closely with leaders across the organisation, influence people decisions and contribute to wider HR and business projects.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll take ownership of a broad generalist remit, acting as a trusted HR partner to your stakeholders. This is an opportunity to step into a broad HRBP role where you’ll work closely with departmental and functional leaders, providing pragmatic, commercially aware HR support across a varied workforce.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing credible, pragmatic advice across the full employee lifecycle
- Managing and advising on complex employee relations, including absence, disciplinary, grievance, capability and performance matters
- Coaching and challenging managers to build their confidence and capability in people management
- Supporting recruitment and selection activity
