Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements
- Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor position.
- Strong employee relations knowledge and case management experience.
- Ability to build credibility with stakeholders and challenge constructively where required.
- Experience supporting process improvements or change initiatives.
- Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
