Iconic Resourcing are delighted to be partnering with a growing consumer brand who are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join its busy operations team in Glasgow. This is a varied role for someone who enjoys coordinating complex projects, bringing different teams together and making sure deadlines, budgets and deliverables stay on track. You'll work across several areas of the business and play an important role in bringing new products and initiatives to market.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines, actions, dependencies and deliverables.

  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects progress smoothly.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues and put practical solutions in place.
  • Keep key stakeholders updated on progress, priorities, risks and deadlines.
  • Help improve existing processes and ways of working to make project delivery more efficient.
  • Support the successful delivery of new products and business initiatives from initial planning through to launch.

Key requirements

  • 3–5 years' experience in project management, project delivery or a similar role.

  • Experience within FMCG, consumer goods, retail or another fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several projects and competing deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively across different functions and managing changing priorities.
