I'm working with a respected professional services organisation looking to appoint an HR Assistant to join their established People team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who is looking to develop a career in HR, or for an experienced HR Administrator seeking a varied role with exposure across the full employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide HR administration support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring records and documentation remain accurate.
- Act as a first point of contact for HR queries, delivering a professional and responsive service.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and induction activity for new employees.
- Maintain and update the HR system, producing reports and assisting with people data requirements.
- Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, policy updates and wider team initiatives.
