Aim of the Spa Therapist role
As a Spa Therapist, you will provide exceptional treatments to all guests and members, ensuring smooth operations, meticulous record-keeping, and the well-being of clients, all in line with The Lygon Arms’ high standards.
Responsibilities Of a Spa Therapist
- Deliver all treatments with passion and pride, adhering to required standards and time guidelines as scheduled by Reception.
- Maintain a discreet, respectful, and confidential approach, ensuring the highest standard of client care.
- Demonstrate thorough product knowledge, making the client’s experience educative, therapeutic, and relaxing.
- Confidently upsell products during treatments, sharing your enthusiasm and expertise with clients.
- Show flexibility by assisting colleagues in other areas of the Spa, such as Reception and Changing Rooms, embodying teamwork and adaptability.
- Take ownership of your work, whether performing treatments independently or collaborating with the team to achieve departmental goals.
Spa Therapist - About You
- Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification is essential
- Proven experience in delivering high standards of face-to-face customer service and treatments with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar environment.
- You possess a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a well-presented appearance.
