SPA THERAPIST – FULL TIME, LIVE IN AVAILABLE
The Lygon Arms, Broadway, Worcestershire, WR12 7DU — The Lygon Arms Hotel is an historic coaching inn with spa, 86 bedrooms, secluded gardens and multiple dining venues. This role provides exceptional treatments to guests and members while maintaining high standards of service.
Responsibilities
- Deliver all treatments with passion and pride, adhering to required standards and time guidelines as scheduled by Reception.
- Maintain a discreet, respectful, and confidential approach, ensuring the highest standard of client care.
- Demonstrate thorough product knowledge, making the client’s experience educative, therapeutic, and relaxing.
- Upsell products during treatments, sharing enthusiasm and expertise with clients.
- Support colleagues in other areas of the Spa as needed, demonstrating teamwork and adaptability.
- Take ownership of your work, whether performing treatments independently or collaborating with the team to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications
- Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification is essential
- Proven experience delivering high standards of face-to-face customer service and treatments, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar environment
- Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and a well-presented appearance
