Iconic Luxury Hotels is recruiting for a full‑time SPA THERAPIST with a live‑in accommodation scheme at the historic The Lygon Arms Hotel located in Broadway, Worcestershire.

Aim of the Spa Therapist role
As a Spa Therapist, you will provide exceptional treatments to all guests and members, ensuring smooth operations, meticulous record‑keeping, and the well‑being of clients, all in line with The Lygon Arms’ high standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver all treatments with passion and pride, adhering to required standards and time guidelines as scheduled by Reception.
- Maintain a discreet, respectful, and confidential approach, ensuring the highest standard of client care.
- Demonstrate thorough product knowledge, making the client’s experience educative, therapeutic, and relaxing.
- Confidently upsell products during treatments, sharing your enthusiasm and expertise with clients.
- Show flexibility by assisting colleagues in other areas of the Spa, such as Reception and Changing Rooms, embodying teamwork and adaptability.
- Take ownership of your work, whether performing treatments independently or collaborating with the team to achieve departmental goals.
About You
- Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification is essential.
- Proven experience in delivering high standards of face‑to‑face customer service and treatments with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar environment.
- You possess a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a well‑presented appearance.
