- Flexible working hours between 6am – 10pm including weekends, 21 hours per week

Responsibilities
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the Spa
- Maintain cleanliness of changing rooms and swimming pool areas; assist with general spa upkeep
- Maintain fitness equipment cleanliness; support teamwork and flexibility
- Report faults to the Spa Manager
- Assist guests and members with queries, referring to a Senior Manager if needed
- Complete a Pool Responder training course within one month of commencing the role to ensure compliance with pool health and safety standards
- Manage pool water records and ensure proper filing
- Keep the plant room safe, tidy and hazard-free

- Experience in providing high standards of face-to-face service
- Keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills
