Cliveden House is currently seeking a welcoming and guest-focused Spa Receptionist to join our spa team. As a Spa Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in creating a serene and enjoyable experience for our spa guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the overall well-being and relaxation of our guests in the luxurious setting of Cliveden House.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet spa guests warmly and assist with check-in processes, ensuring a seamless and calming experience.
  • Manage spa bookings and appointments efficiently, providing detailed information about available services.
  • Respond to inquiries about spa treatments, facilities, and wellness programs in an efficient manner.
  • Coordinate with the spa team to ensure the smooth flow of appointments and services.
  • Assist in maintaining a serene and organised spa reception and boutique area.
  • Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
