The Spa Pool Attendant plays a key role in maintaining hygiene, efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Check changing rooms and the swimming pool for cleanliness every 30 minutes, taking pride in maintaining a spotless environment.
- Assist the fitness instructor in maintaining cleanliness of all fitness equipment when requested, demonstrating teamwork and flexibility.
- Report any maintenance problems to the Spa Housekeeper or manager when unavailable.
- Assist guests and members with any queries and refer to a Senior Manager if required.
- Ensure a continual supply of clean towels, robes, shower gel, shampoo and water for club guests.
- Open or close the outdoor pool door.
- Clear dirty plates and glasses from the pool area.
