We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to support the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager in the organization and supervision of the Astor Grill Restaurant and Spa Kitchen areas.
Responsibilities
- Show confidence and welcome guests, take food orders and provide efficient service.
- Ensure billing procedures are thorough, correct and signed at completion of each meal.
- Collect information and feedback during staff briefings before each service.
- Own and be responsible for the running of your station or private function.
- Provide a professional service in accordance with style specifications set by the Restaurant Manager.
- Be fully conversant with every dish served and offer confident explanations when requested.
- Ensure all guests' wishes are met as far as reasonably possible, demonstrating passion and pride for the hotel.
