We’re looking for a proactive and creatively driven Social Media & Content Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong creative eye, a deep understanding of social culture, the ability to spot content opportunities and create engaging, high-performing content.
With a strong focus on TikTok, you’ll be confident in front of the camera and comfortable acting as a face of ICONIC London. You’ll independently create scroll-stopping beauty content that is social-first, relevant and on-brand. You’ll have an instinct for what performs well on social and how to turn trends, moments, and ideas into compelling content.
Working closely with the Senior Brand & Social Manager, this is a hands-on, fast-paced role embedded in the day-to-day execution of our social strategy. Alongside content creation, you’ll support the daily running of our social channels, including content scheduling, reporting and performance tracking.
This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social, has a strong visual and creative instinct and is excited to help bring brand storytelling to life.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and execution of the social media strategy across platforms
- Confidently and independently create best-in-class content, acting as a face of ICONIC London on social
- Support content shoots and help coordinate assets and creators
- Spot opportunities for social-first content, staying up to date with social trends, sounds, formats, and platform updates
- Schedule and publish content in line with the social content calendar
- Write engaging, on-brand captions and copy
- Manage community engagement, including monitoring comments and DMs
- Support influencer and creator activity, including briefing support, posting schedules, and content checks
- Track and report on social performance via weekly and monthly overviews
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to support launches, campaigns, and partnerships
- 1–2 years’ experience in a social media or content-focused role
- Confidence creating content and being on camera
- A strong interest in social media and content creation
- A strong creative eye and attention to detail
- Copywriting skills with a clear understanding of tone of voice
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, reactive environment
- Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools
- A proactive, positive attitude and a collaborative mindset
- Experience supporting influencer or creator campaigns
