THE ROLE
As a Purchasing Executive, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring the right products are sourced, received, and accounted for with precision. You’ll work closely with our Purchasing Manager and cross-functional teams to keep our world-class kitchens and bars running seamlessly. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Source and purchase goods from premium perishables to operational equipment in line with our exacting standards
- Verify accuracy across Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Notes (DN), and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN)
- Monitor inventory levels and lead monthly and annual stock-takes
- Maintain meticulous documentation for seamless month-end closing
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without ever compromising quality
- Build and nurture strong relationships with our trusted supplier network
YOU'RE THE ONE WE'RE LOOKING FOR IF YOU...
- Hold a minimum 'O' Level / NITEC / Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Bring 3–5 years of experience in Purchasing, Inventory, or Warehouse Management – F&B or Hospitality experience is a big plus
- Know your way around purchase orders, goods receiving, and stock-takes; you’ve done it, and you’re good at it
- Are confident using Microsoft Excel and purchasing systems (e.g. Micros)
- Communicate clearly in written and spoken English
- Have a sharp eye for detail and thrive when things move fast because they do
