As a Head Bartender, you will assist in overseeing the smooth operation of the bar, ensuring exceptional service and efficiency. Your responsibilities include supervising and guiding bar staff, coordinating drink preparation, and maintaining inventory levels. Additionally, you will assist in training new staff members and enforcing bar policies and procedures. This is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week. Hourly earnings, including the minimum expected TRONC contribution, are £18 per hour.

Responsibilities:

- Able to handle most basic complaints without assistance.
