- Shifts: Various shifts between 6am – 10pm, including weekends (5 days out of 7)
About the Spa Receptionist Role
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organised Spa Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a warm welcome and ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional spa experience.
This is a varied role that combines outstanding customer service, administration, and operational support within a luxury spa environment.
- Manage spa treatment, spa day, fitness, and membership bookings.
- Provide a warm welcome and excellent customer service to all guests.
- Handle telephone enquiries, bookings, and reception administration.
- Conduct spa tours for prospective members and guests.
- Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the spa and treatment rooms.
- Assist with cash handling, vouchers, and retail sales.
- Work closely with therapists, leisure attendants, and hotel colleagues.
- Carry out routine pool safety checks and monitor spa guests when required.
- Promote spa treatments, memberships, and products.
About You
- Has previous experience within a spa environment or similar setting (desirable)
- Reception, hospitality or hotel experience (advantageous)
- Delivers exceptional customer service with a professional friendly approach
- Has excellent communication skills
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Works independently and as part of a team
- Takes pride in maintaining high standards and creating memorable guest experiences
