About the Role:
Reporting to the Procurement Director, the Procurement Manager is responsible for the day-to-day procurement operation across a cluster of hotels within Iconic Hotels & Resorts UK.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring cost-effective purchasing, supplier performance, policy compliance, and efficient purchasing processes across multiple operational categories. Working closely with hotel teams and suppliers, you’ll help drive savings, maintain quality standards, and support the ongoing success of the procurement function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day procurement activities and resolve operational supply issues.
- Maintain supplier, catalogue, and pricing information within the Procure Wizard system.
- Support hotels with purchase order processing and procurement best practice.
- Act as a key point of contact for suppliers and manage supplier relationships.
- Implement agreed contracts, pricing structures, and service level agreements.
- Monitor compliance with procurement policies, approval processes, and approved supplier agreements.
- Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and guest experience standards.
- Build strong partnerships with operational and finance stakeholders across the business.
- Deliver procurement system training and support to hotel teams.
- Analyse purchasing data and support sourcing initiatives, supplier reviews, and tender activities.
About You:
We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded procurement professional who has:
- Previous procurement experience within hospitality or a multi-site environment.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, particularly Food & Beverage and Rooms Division.
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience managing supplier relationships and contract implementation.
- A high level of attention to detail and a process-driven approach.
- Strong Excel skills and experience using procurement systems.
Desirable:
- 4-7 years' procurement experience within hospitality or multi-site operations.
- Experience across key operational categories including Food & Beverage, Rooms, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Services.
- Experience with systems such as Procure Wizard, Fourth, BirchStreet, or Adaco.
- CIPS qualification or working towards one.
