- Minimum NVQ level 3 or equivalent spa qualification is essential
- Therapist experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel would be desirable
- Passionate about hospitality and delivering the best possible service
- Confidence, enthusiasm and passion for your work and communication with colleagues
- A keen eye for detail, organisational skills and a flexible attitude
Responsibilities of the Massage Therapist / Spa Therapist
- To be knowledgeable on all facilities, products, and treatments offered within our stunning spa
- Provide exceptional treatments to all guests and members ensuring their wellbeing and comfort at all times
- Ensuring all treatments are relaxing, therapeutic and educative
- Continuously provide and exceed Chewton Glen’s 5 star standards
- Effortlessly build rapport with guests, members helping them feel relaxed and pampered
- To ensure discretion, respect and confidentiality are adhered to at all times
- To work within the time guidelines of each treatment ensuring that the highest standard of guest care is observed
- Confidently upsell products during treatments and ensure that the client receives your enthusiasm and knowledge
