Aim of the Kids Club Assistant
To look after residential children within the Kids Club assisting with activities in the Chewton Glen grounds.
About you
- Experience in working with children is essential
- Availability to work in May half term
- Flexible in working different days throughout the week
- You will have a keen eye for detail, organisational skills and confident in communicating with the team
Responsibilities of the Kids Club Assistant
- To be confident in entertaining our guests with indoor and outdoor adventures
- To host various activities around the Chewton Glen estate for the little explorers, ensuring all children are supervised at all times
- To support the children with arts and crafts and artistic creations within the Beehive
- Take pride in ensuring the Kids Club areas are kept clean and tidy at the end of each session
- To ensure all children are signed in and out of each session and that signed forms are returned to reception at the end of each day
- To be flexible in working split shifts throughout the week to ensure cover for the Kids Club busier periods
- Help prepare and tidy up after activities in the Kids Club and around the grounds
- It will be required that all Kids Club Assistants need to be DBS checked & completed Paediatric training before they can work
