About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Accounting, the Income Audit Manager will lead the centralised Income Audit function across the Iconic Hotels & Resorts portfolio.

You'll be responsible for safeguarding revenue integrity, overseeing income audit processes across multiple hotels, managing a team of Income Auditors, and ensuring compliance with revenue controls, company policies, and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop and support a team of Income Auditors.
  • Oversee daily and monthly income audit processes across multiple hotels.
  • Review variances, discounts, voids, cancellations and other audit exceptions.
  • Ensure reconciliations between PMS, POS, Spa and other revenue systems are completed accurately.
  • Monitor revenue controls and compliance with company standards.
  • Support month-end close, revenue reporting and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Partner with operational teams to resolve revenue-related issues.
  • Drive process improvements and support system implementations across the portfolio.

About You

  • We're looking for a highly organised and analytical hotel finance professional who has:
  • Significant experience in Income Audit or Hotel Finance.
  • Strong understanding of hotel revenue streams and controls.
  • Previous team leadership experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with Opera PMS and Micros/Simphony.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

  • Multi-hotel or shared services experience.
  • Knowledge of SAP By Design or Infor.
  • AAT, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualifications.
