- Public Area Cleaner – About you
- Experience in housekeeping or professional cleaning is desirable
- Hotel or hospitality experience is desirable
- Confidence, enthusiasm and passion for your work and communication with colleagues
- A keen eye for detail, organisational skills and a flexible attitude
Key responsibilities of the Public Area Cleaner
- Take pride in maintaining the cleanliness of our hotel public areas and offices to the hotel's 5 star standards
- Work alone as well as part of the team in a busy yet flexible operation
- Keep all equipment and stock in the housekeeping office and cupboards neat and presentable at all times
- Report any maintenance or equipment faults to the relevant department
- Take ownership in completing tasks set by the management team in a timely manner, and report any faults or breakages to the relevant department
- Be confident and intuitive when using cleaning materials and equipment
